About us

Local support built around people.

We are a Dorset-based community support service created to help adults stay independent, connected and active in their own homes and communities.

What we believe

Good support should be dependable, respectful and genuinely useful. We work alongside people rather than taking over, with the aim of building confidence, maintaining skills and helping each person have more choice and control in everyday life.

Where appropriate and with the person’s consent, we can work collaboratively with families, representatives, social workers, commissioners and other professionals.

Our values

  • Independence, choice and control
  • Dignity and respect
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Professional boundaries
  • Safeguarding and accountability
  • Community connection

Who we support

We support adults aged 18+ where their requested outcomes are within our service scope and we can provide safe, suitable support.

Mental health needs

Practical encouragement, routines, community access and confidence-building alongside existing clinical services where relevant.

Learning disabilities & Autism

Individualised support that respects communication needs, routines, sensory preferences and personal goals.

Isolation or reduced confidence

Companionship and practical help to reconnect with interests, local services and the wider community.

Every referral is considered individually. A diagnosis alone does not determine whether our service is suitable. We consider actual support needs, outcomes, risks, location, funding and our ability to provide the right support safely.
